Tremendous opportunity to join a market leading Digital company seeking a Documentation Specialist. You will have strong written & verbal English, an avid interest in the Internet and experience of writing for social media sites & Online blogs.
It is essential that you can provide examples of your writing as this documentation is for their clients. So it is important that you have excellent written communication skills, a strong knowledge of the Internet and experience of writing for social Media blogs.
This will enable you to produce thorough documentation which is easy to follow; as not everyone using the documentation will be technical. It is also important that you have a technical understanding of the web as well; so you can make your documentation as thorough as possible.
You will be maintaining their Online blog, answering ad hoc questions and also producing documents which address FAQs and look at specific functions and features in detail. You will have a strong knowledge of the Internet, an understanding of CMS systems & a theoretical understanding / background in IT to bring to this role.
Excellent starting salary £20-£21k + progression & benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills looking to further develop their career in the digital media arena.
