SQL Server Data Analyst - London - 6 months
Your role will be working in close relationship with the Business Information Manager and the other Business Information Analyst. The combined responsibility will be scheduled and ad hoc extraction, analysis and presentation of data from SQL databases. In addition to this some client meetings and user application support (coaching/training), will be required, so you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will need:
Previous experience of data extraction and analysis from a variety of databases. Experience of data warehouse (OLAP) design would be helpful. Good communication skills are a must, and the ability to interpret a users request and ask the correct questions. Ability to work with numbers. And experience of Crystal Reports and SQL Server.
Proven experience of working with SQL Server is a must. The candidate must have experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and/or Crystal Reports report design software. They will also need to have advanced knowledge of Excel, including formatting, lookups and Pivot Tables.
