Opportunities now exist for Field Based Technicians residing within the following areas, to become an integral part of the ever-growing success story;
* Wiltshire/Somerset (BA, SP, TA postcode areas)
* Leicestershire (LE postcode area)
* London/M25 (Floating Technician residing N/London/Shires area)
Residing within one of the areas, you will be based from home working throughout the region, responsible for undertaking the service requirements on a wide range of showering products, for both domestic and commercial customers.
The Floating Technician will deliver the same service providing cover to support the Central team across their area, this requires flexibility to work away from home including overnight stays.
With previous field based service experience, the ideal candidate will be of a flexible nature, with a quality driven and customer focused approach whilst being commercially aware and able to spot opportunities to generate revenue.
You should also possess excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements.
You will have some relevant experience, with knowledge of plumbing and domestic electric systems, however full product training will be provided to those who can demonstrate the correct aptitude and possess a full UK driving licence.
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary based on aptitude/skill set (£19,500-£21,212), performance bonus of up to 10%, company vehicle, 25 days holiday + stats, money purchase pension scheme, death in service benefit & disability insurance, health cash plan, company discounts and the option to join the company leisure club scheme.
