This Facilities Services division is part of a FTSE listed PLC, which specialise in providing support services UK wide.
The division provides property, fabric and M&E maintenance care to corporate estates and their clients include the retail, hotel, leisure, restaurant, education, corporate, local authority & government sectors.
Due to continued growth, they now have opportunities for candidates who have previous experience within the sector.
Based from home but covering a region, vacancies exist for 2x Air-conditioning Engineers residing within the London/M25 catchment area
They need experienced Air-conditioning engineers to cover service, PPM & breakdown on a wide range of AC including splits, vrvs, and controls (Trend, BMS, etc).
The remuneration package includes an hourly rate based on experience, with a productivity bonus scheme leading to an ote of £35-45,000, company vehicle, uniform, mobile communications, specialist tools, paid holiday, pension scheme & associated benefits.
